required.<\/li><li>Comfortable visiting active job sites and working at heights when necessary.<\/li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roofing projects, crews, subcontractors, and deadlines.<\/li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions on site.<\/li><li>Ability to read project scopes, measurements, estimates, work orders, and construction documents.<\/li><li>Proficiency with project-management software, email, mobile applications, and digital reporting
