We recently dealt with a leak inside our main floor walls that was hard to pin down. The team quickly identified the cause: ice dams and vent blockages caused by snow buildup on the roof. They efficiently cleared the snow and ice, and even recommended installing a taller vent to prevent this from happening again. We were thoroughly impressed with their timely communication, detailed explanations, and the priority they gave our repair. Their pricing was also very fair. We highly recommend their services.

To say I am impressed with the customer service Ronovations provided would be an understatement. Upon receiving a call, Ronovations showed up within a few hours to repair my roof. I would like to very much thank RonOvations for an excellent and speedy roof repair.

After our first snow melt we woke up to a dripping leak in an upstairs bedroom. We reached out to some places and Ron called us back fairly quickly and was able to come to our house in the morning.

Unfortunately the remaining snow on the roof prevented a safe examination. Things were generally melting and it was not a dire emergency he said that he could be back once the roof was clear.

True to his word he came back later that afternoon and patched that problem as well as another unrelated issue that would have been a problem later.
