I contacted RonOvations late one afternoon and they called the next morning and came to my house about 10 minutes later to take a look and give me a free quote. They went on the roof and inspected the areas I mentioned and said everything looks good and I shouldn't have any concerns. He also pointed out another area around the chimney that needed to be sealed up so water couldn't get in and told me how I could easily do it on my own, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed at how quick RonOvations was at responding and that he listened to all my concerns and explained things really well, especially since I'm a new home owner.
