Project Manager

We’re Hiring a Project Manager to Lead Roofing Projects Across Ontario, Alberta & Manitoba, From Planning to Successful Completion.

Job Title: Project Manager

Qualifications

Proven project management experience in the Canadian construction industry.
Previous experience in roofing, exterior construction, or residential renovation is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, job-site safety, materials, scheduling, and quality-control standards.
Valid Canadian driver’s licence with the ability to safely operate a pickup truck and tow a trailer when required.
Comfortable visiting active job sites and working at heights when necessary.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roofing projects, crews, subcontractors, and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions on site.
Ability to read project scopes, measurements, estimates, work orders, and construction documents.
Proficiency with project-management software, email, mobile applications, and digital reporting tools.

What We Offer

Base salary of $40,000 per year, plus commission and performance-based bonuses, with total earning potential of up to $100,000 annually.
Semi-monthly pay.
