Job Title: Sales Representative

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and follow through to close deals.
Comfortable meeting clients in person, presenting estimates, and handling objections.
Knowledge of roofing, siding, or exterior renovations is an asset (training provided if needed).
Valid driving license

What We Offer

Base Salary $36,000 per year.
Commission-based earnings up to $120,000 annually, depending on performance.
